I used to really like Sonamy. I thought the idea of Sonic turning around and having a small crush on Amy was adorable. I really enjoyed the pairing and had lots of fun with it.
And then Sonic Boom happened.
And Sonamy Boom happened.
And then the fans happened.
Sonamy started popping up EVERYWHERE. All over here and on Tumblr. That got kind of irritating but, I dealt with it. Just ignore it, right?
Then the fans got ridiculous.
Taking subtle hints and blowing them out of proportion.

(NOTE I AM NOT TRYING TO MAKE FUN OF THE PEOPLE. I just think they're pushing it all. I am no way hating on them. I've had problems with evidence like this before. If Sonic and Amy so much as GLANCE at each other, the fandom goes nuts.

I know that these are intentional hints made by the writers but, please calm down about it.

Im a anti fan of the annoying pairing and the annoying pink brat, and I think both Son/amy and Sonally are both equally annoying as it is, but I'm just saying if haven't been for the obnoxious fan vultures shoving it everywhere without even giving a simple break, it wouldn't have been at least less obnoxiously annoying than FREAKIN Sonally was. Even if Amy matured got older or in a different universe or whatever, I still wouldn't like her or that obnoxious overrated pairing. It could have been anyone who could have been the main female/love interest instead of the annoying brat. I wouldn't be surprised if their second choice was gonna be Blaze, which I wouldn't mind at all.
